An error occurs when converting, and what to do?
First, please check out the error code you meet.

Typically, Error1002 occurs when iTunes failed to play the file, and it may be caused by the following reasons:
- Please make sure the file has been authorized, if not, authorize it first.
- At the beginning of conversion, iTunes will open automatically. If it's the first time to play the rentals, or you start to download a file,iTunes will give you a prompt, which will abort the playing. Please close it, and then try to convert it again.
- If the source file is in removable devices or network sharing, please make sure the connection is stable, and we strongly recommend that please move the file to local disk and try again.
- If one file has different resolution versions (SD, 720HD, 1080HD) on iTunes library at the same time, we suggest you delete them, then re-add one resolution which you want and try again.
Error1003 may due to the source file is in removable devices or network sharing, please make sure the connection is stable, and we strongly recommend that please move the file to the local disc and try again.
Error1004 appears in the converting audio track, when it occurs, we suggest you restart the program and iTunes so as to convert again, and you'd better take the default profile and don't customize the audio track. If it still doesn't work, please contact us, and send us the log (Menu-> File-> Show log in Finder).
When Error1006 occurs, please close all the other program which may effect the conversion, then restart the M4V Converter Plus to try again, If it still doesn't work, please contact us, and send us the log( Menu-> File->Show log in Finder) .
Generally, Error1009 related to the file, please send us the log (File-> Show log in Finder) and the information of the iTunes Video as name, length, file size and so on.
